# Add Other Messaging Channels to Chat/IM App Frontend

To allow users to contact you via their favorite messaging apps using your frontend instant chat, follow this link:
Chat Settings

From the Chat Settings page, scroll to Messaging Channels, click 'Activate', and then add the links to the relevant applications.

# Messaging Channels to Add:

  • WhatsApp: wa.me/<your WA Business number>
  • Facebook & Instagram: URL to your Business Pages.
  • Email: mailto:<your support address>
