# Dashboards

When you first log in via

  • https://supportdesk.africa/
  • https://console.supportdesk.africa/
    you will automatically be taken to the Admin Dashboard, where you will see a welcome message. Below the welcome message, you will find:
  • The code script for your account, which you will need to embed the instant chat function into your frontend system (e.g., website).
  • Your API token.

# Features of the Admin Portal

From the Admin Portal, you can:

  • Change or edit your subscription in the Membership Menu.
  • View your latest invoice.
  • Update profile information or delete your account.
  • Access the Messaging Dashboard.

# Messaging Dashboard

  1. From the admin dashboard, click the blue button in the Top Right labeled 'Dashboard'. This will take you to the Messaging Dashboard, where all agent and client conversations are stored.
  2. From the Messaging Dashboard, you can:
    • Manage users and agents.
    • Create your own knowledge hub for staff.
    • View reports.
    • Create an AI chatbot.
    • Configure the messaging platforms you wish to integrate with.
    • Adjust general instant chat settings.
  3. To return to the Admin Dashboard, click the profile icon in the bottom left and select 'Account'.
