# Adding an Agent or Admin

To create an agent or an admin:

  1. Navigate to the Users area.
  2. Click the Add User button located in the top-right corner.

# Assigning Roles

  • Configure Agent Privileges:
    Adjust agents' privileges and permissions by going to:
    Settings > Admin > Agent privileges.

  • Create a Supervisor:

    • Navigate to Settings > Admin > Supervisor.
    • A Supervisor is a special type of agent with specific privileges and must be an administrator.
    • Add multiple supervisors by entering a comma-separated list of admin IDs.

# Notes on Access

  • Only agents and admins can log into the Support Desk admin area.
  • When activating the Support Desk plugin on WordPress, an admin account is automatically created using the same username and password as the currently logged-in user.
